About the Business
The company is an independent business travel agency that was set up by its Managing Director, Keith Miller, in 1989. Keith began his career in travel upon leaving school in Edinburgh when he won a place on the prestigious apprenticeship course operated then by BOAC (forerunner to BA). After some eight years spent at Heathrow Airport, he decided to join the retail side of the industry by joining Cadogan Travel as Business Travel Sales Manager, leaving that position in 1989 to begin his own specialist company.
Based in Hythe Hampshire, just outside Southampton, the company's offices overlook the busy Southampton Water and Docks area, with aircraft regularly flying overhead operating from nearby Southampton Airport. Business Travel Connections is now in its 25th year in operation as a specialist business travel agency.
