Laos is a beautiful jade-coloured land full of rainforests, fascinating culture and friendly people. It's the quiet, laid back neighbour of Thailand, Vietnam and China. We offer you the chance to travel through Laos independently. You can become an elephant caretaker for a day, hike to mountain hill tribes and trek through the rainforest to the tropical waterfalls of the Bolaven Plateau. You can also visit the mysterious Plain of Jars, experience the early morning procession of monks in Luang Prabang and sail along the famous Mekong River.
