In the journey towards ISO accreditation in Business Travel Management, Portman developed a unique approach to achieving our goals. The Portman Integrated Management System (PIMS) ensured that all processes and procedures were put in place and embedded throughout the company in order to win accreditation in 3 key areas: quality management, information security and environmental management.
