Founded over a decade ago at the kitchen table by husband and wife team Guy and Milly Whitehead, today The Leap operates in 12 different countries with a team of 17 staff spread across 5 continents. We offer an unrivalled collection of financially-protected, high-quality gap year placements where safety comes first - all organised and supported by caring and experienced staff.
The Leap is the only company that offers gap year placements which combine multiple locations and volunteering project opportunities in a single trip. This means our Leapers challenge both their minds and bodies, whilst making a positive difference and satisfying their desire for travel and adventure, all at once.
